Are you an energetic hotel professional with an eye for hospitality, quality, and the team? For ECLECT we are looking for an Operational Hotel Manager who will manage the day-to-day operations and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
With your ownership, overview and positive energy, you are the face of the hotel and ensure every day a pleasant experience for our guests and employees.
Due to the growth of ECLECT in South Limburg, we are looking for a head chef that takes the kitchen to an even higher level.
Are you working as a sous-chef or a chef de partie? Then this could be a great next step.
Do you love a fresh room, neatly made beds and a hotel that looks tip-top? For our ECLECT hotels, we are looking for enthusiastic Housekeeping Assistants who get energy from rolling up their sleeves and have an eye for detail.
With or without experience: if you like to roll up your sleeves and ensure that our guests feel welcome in a clean and well-kept environment, you've come to the right place. Together, we make sure that our authentic boutique hotels look their best every day.
For our ECLECT hotels, we are always looking for vibrant staff who get energy from hospitality. With or without experience: if you love welcoming our guests with a smile, have an eye for detail and want to contribute to a pleasant stay, you are welcome with us.
Whether you have worked in hospitality for years or are just keen to learn the trade: you will be given the space to develop yourself. Together, we create authentic hospitality in extraordinary locations.
This placement is currently filled and will be available again from February 2027.
As an intern within the team of Reservations, Revenue and Meetings & Events you will be part of the commercial heart of our organisation. You are keen to learn how things work behind the scenes of a hotel. This is not an observational internship, but an all-round learning position in which you contribute to enquiries, occupancy and revenue. You will learn how enquiries come in, how quotes are put together, how pricing strategy works and how commercial choices impact results. From initial contact to final booking: you will be right in the middle of it.
No two days are the same, and that is precisely what makes this placement both fun and educational.
This placement is currently filled and will be available again from February 2027.
Are you creative, driven and do you have a passion for marketing and the hotel sector? Would you like to contribute to the branding and online visibility of unique hotels? Then this marketing internship at ECLECT is for you!
As a Marketing intern, you will help ECLECT and our hotels to increase their visibility and reach the right target audience. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to creative campaigns and strategies.
With future expansions, ECLECT is growing fast. That is why we are looking for a Marketing & Communications Intern who is joining our team (approx. 20 weeks) starting September 2026.
You want to learn what true hospitality is all about, and you do that by doing, getting stuck in, and experiencing it. You already have some experience in hospitality and are looking for an internship where you can really gain momentum. As a Travelling Front of House Intern, you will work across various ECLECT locations and areas of the operation. You work closely with the operational manager, are eager to learn, and easily connect with new colleagues. Together, we will look at where your strengths lie and where you can develop further. Based on that, we will build an internship that suits both you and ECLECT.
Our hotel teams are regularly looking for new colleagues. Not all vacancies are listed on this page. Do you have a passion for hospitality? Send us a speculative application and we will gladly see if there is a suitable position within one of our hotels.
