As an intern within the team of Reservations, Revenue and Meetings & Events you will be part of the commercial heart of our organisation. You are keen to learn how things work behind the scenes of a hotel. This is not an observational internship, but an all-round learning position in which you contribute to enquiries, occupancy and revenue. You will learn how enquiries come in, how quotes are put together, how pricing strategy works and how commercial choices impact results. From initial contact to final booking: you will be right in the middle of it.

You want to learn what true hospitality is all about, and you do that by doing, getting stuck in, and experiencing it. You already have some experience in hospitality and are looking for an internship where you can really gain momentum. As a Travelling Front of House Intern, you will work across various ECLECT locations and areas of the operation. You work closely with the operational manager, are eager to learn, and easily connect with new colleagues. Together, we will look at where your strengths lie and where you can develop further. Based on that, we will build an internship that suits both you and ECLECT.
