Your working day
No day is the same, and that is precisely what you enjoy! Thanks to the variety in locations and tasks, you get a broad and realistic picture of the hotel industry. No fixed spot, but rather variety and real responsibility in the operation.
You work independently across various front-of-house departments, such as the restaurant, breakfast, events, and front office. You pick up tasks quickly and are immediately deployable in operations;
You actively contribute to a great guest experience and learn to apply this to various types of guests and locations;
You assist the guest with the digital check-in and check-out if necessary;
During your placement you learn how to organise your work environment properly and comply with HACCP regulations.

You are following an MBO vocational training programme in the direction of hotel management or tourism and already have some experience in hospitality;
