Hotel KINT is housed in the former Franciscan convent dating from 1883 in Valkenburg. In collaboration with real estate developer 3W Real Estate we transformed this monumental building into a characterful boutique hotel with 32 rooms and Bistro Francis. A contemporary destination where history, hospitality and design reinforce one another, with respect for the building's rich history and authentic character.

In the interior design in collaboration with Tim Reiters, the preservation of the monumental identity was central. Historical elements have been carefully preserved and combined with a contemporary design language. The result is a refined stay experience in which the peace and grandeur of the former monastery remain palpable, while modern comfort and a welcoming atmosphere add a new chapter to the history of this special place.

In a subsequent phase, the hotel will be expanded with 26 additional double hotel rooms and three new meeting rooms.
