Doenrade Castle is a four-star hotel housed in one of the oldest castles in Limburg. With its rich history, atmospheric appeal and versatile character, it is a special destination for hotel guests, culinary experiences and unforgettable weddings and events. For the renovation, we realised a complete upgrade of 21 hotel rooms, Bistro Doonder, the bar, event space, entrance, hallways and the terrace.

In interior design, preserving the castle's authentic charm was paramount, combined with a contemporary look and great attention to detail. The hotel rooms were given a high-end finish combining comfort, warmth and atmosphere, while the renewed common areas offer an inviting environment for meeting, relaxing and celebrating. The result is a contemporary castle experience in which history and modern guest comfort are seamlessly balanced.
